Our process is designed to make your event planning seamless and stress free. It begins with your initial inquiry, where you share your event details with us. We'll promptly reach out to discuss specifics such as pricing and menu options tailored to your needs. Once everything is confirmed, we'll send over a contract for your review and approval, and upon receipt of your deposit, consider your spot secured. As your event day approaches, we'll ensure everything is set up and ready to go, arriving an hour beforehand to guarantee a smooth and timely coffee service. From start to finish, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences, leaving you free to enjoy your event while we take care of the coffee.

  • Please inquire on our website and leave any important requests; our team will be in touch within 48 hours to assist you further.

  • We'll finalize all the essential details, including pricing, menu options, and any special requests.

  • Once you're satisfied with the arrangements, we'll promptly send over our service agreement for your review and approval. Upon receipt of your 25% deposit, your booking will be confirmed. The deposit will go towards your booking.

  • YAY! You’ve got yourself a specialty coffee cart for your celebration! We will schedule a walk through, if applicable, to see your event space, and confirm set up details. You’ll pay for the rest of your package 5 days before the event.

  • We'll arrive one hour prior to your event to set up all necessary equipment, ensuring everything is perfected for your enjoyment!

  • We service all of San Diego county. If you are located outside of San Diego please inquire as travel fees will apply.

  • We understand that every event is unique and special. Because of this, our pricing varies based on a variety of factors such as event duration, location, number of guests, and specific service requests. To ensure that we provide you with the most accurate and tailored quote for your event, we encourage you to inquire on our website.

  • We're delighted to cater to guests who prefer alternatives to coffee at your event. Feel free to get in touch, and we'll happily explore the options with you in detail.

  • We offer an espresso-based menu featuring classics like espresso shots, cappuccinos, americanos, and lattes, served hot or iced with your choice of whole, almond, or oat milk. Customize your lattes with three syrup options.

    We also offer upgrades like cold brew, drip coffee, decaf, and non-coffee drinks for a truly tailored experience.

    Our menu is fully customizable and we are happy to create a menu with your favorite drinks.

  • We understand things can happen. Any cancellations within 48 hours of the event will be subject to your deposit.
